Worked on a high-volume POS stack for publications/retail, handling stock, catalog, and daily sales operations.

Built the Ntouch marketing site in Next.js with Strapi CMS, enabling non-technical teams to manage pages and content.

Developed an AI support agent using .NET, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and LangGraph with Qdrant vector search and N8N automations.
